I noticed that the ghosts n stuff map features VERY bright blocks. Looking at its info.dat, it sets a 'green' value of 1.51, when the max is supposed to be 1.
I should experiment with setting >1 values, and maybe add that capability to Beatmapper if it's cool.
EDIT: Yes, this works super well. Produces some neat effects.
I should add a little slider below each color, maybe name it "overdrive", which multiplies each RGB value by 1 (min, no overdrive) to 10 (ridiculous overdrive)
