Ah - thanks for this, but things are a little complicated.

Specifically, this project is now funded by The Pudding. I do plan on maintaining it, but it's not really something I anticipate having other contributors on. While I appreciate anyone who takes the time to fix or add things, this repo isn't really the source of truth anymore, and it feels like more trouble than it's worth. I've been viewing it as a personal side-project with exposed source for folks who are curious, and not so much like an OSS library that is trying to foster a community of collaborators.

Hope that makes sense! From your PR I do still like the idea of adding a LICENSE.md, attributed to my name instead of Waveforms; I feel funny asking you to remove most of your changes when the resulting change is so simple, so I'm happy to add the LICENSE.md myself if you'd rather not be bothered!
