0.0.20: missing git tag? #33

According to https://pypi.org/project/striprtf/ latest version is 0.0.20; however, there is no corresponding git tag. The latest tag was 0.0.15.

Hi, yes somehow I forgot to tag after 0.0.15. I just tagged version v0.0.20.
