Feature Request: loadable title music #16

Title music is currently hardcoded to the family feud theme. We can allow users to load music on their computer for customize the game for their event.

This would be a good oppertunity to remove the copy written family fued theme from the repo.

for the remainer of the sound effects we should create non-licensed equivalents.

I think im still going to only have the music played on the admin console. I think uploading and sharing whatever theme the admin uploads to the contenstants on their clients would be out of scope.

Probably easier to just replace the copy wrighted title music with a midi version
