Hi there Josiah!

Saw Disco/graph and wanted to help improve this great tool. Just a wee update to the readme for now but I'll dive in further to do a bit more when I can

Hi, thanks for the PR!

I think it's premature to put the requirements into the README. They're still a moving target.
Likewise, the deployment notes shouldn't be put in the README. Those are specific to the CentOS VPS I'm deploying in, and aren't universal requirements for getting this project deployed.

Putting the description from the website is a good move though.

Yea, sounds good, I'll change some of that up and push another commit with just the description
