Showing aligned sequence source as annotation

Coloring Annotation of sequence sources: syntenic, duplicated, inverted, intrachromosomal, interchromosomal.

This will be best displayed using reduced_width feature yet to be implemented.

• [x] Generate psuedo-sequence annotation during alignment process
• [x] When gaps are enlarged, spread neighboring characters in pseudo-sequence or use gap?
• [x] Use pseudo-sequence to color background color of "unique" columns.
  • When gap_char encountered, check source pseudo-sequence at that position to determine color to use
  • Colors should be light pastels to easily differentiate from SNVs and not be too overpowering.
