GFF2 and some parts of GFF3 are currently supported.

[x] External package for GFF3
[x] Remove version warning
[x] OutlinedAnnotation has non-redundant exons
[x] AnnotationTrack and create_fasta_from_annotation
Possible Pacakages
GFF3-py - simple data structure
GFF3toolkit - perl and 2.7
Biopython - too big
GFF3 minimal
