Chromosome Position indicator #189

In Desktop Skittle the Vertical Scroll bar indicates your position in the Chromosome and how much of the chromosome you're viewing. Something like that, maybe showing an isochore diagram with a red outline like photoshop would be good. Josiah can provide a large scale Nucleotide Display if necessary.
