Setting log level doesn't work #130

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the tools -> error log
2. Click "configure"
3. Add "org.jdesktop.wonderland.modules.webdav" with level FINEST
4. Click save
5. Restart Wonderland

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The value for the webdav logger should be saved, but it is not.
