Hide Avatar Names doesn't apply to newly logged in users #138

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. From the User list, open the settings dialog
2. Uncheck "Show Other's Names" (or something like that)
3. All visible names will be turned off
4. Wait for someone else to come in world

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Their avatar name tag will be displayed when it should be hidden. You can work 
around the problem by opening the settings, checking, and then un-checking the 
name tag setting.
