Ability to use relative server paths instead of absolute server paths in portals #168

Describe your enhancement request in detail. Explain the benefits, and
suggest possible avenues for implementation.

In organizations with development servers and stable servers, there is a world
building issue that arises with portals. Portals must be reconfigured to use
the correct server address when server builds are migrated from one server to
the next. It would be nice to be able to specify to use the current/relative
server when configuring a portal, instead of a direct ip address or fqdn. This
feature would reduce the need for world builders to reconfigure portals (and
snapshots) each time a server build is migrated from one to the next.
