After teleporting where another user is muted, can't see brackets around avatar name

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Teleport beyond 1000m.
2.  Mute your avatar
3.  Another user teleports to where you are
4.  Your avatar's name in the user list shows it is muted, but no indication of 
that over your avatars head until you toggle mute again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Avatar name should always reflect muted or unmuted state consistent with user 
window.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest. (4642)
