Update Navigation Reference to include looking left and right and Mac users #175

The Navigation reference was taken for PC users (see picture attached).
Mac keyboards do not have Page Up/Page Down Keys that are used to fly (after 
disabling gravity).

The reference should also include the camera improvements (Look left/right) 
done (not so) recently.

Forgot to add that using the function key (fn) and the cursors up and down I 
can fly.

If I recall correctly there have been some changes with flying and gravity?
There was also a suggestion to add EZMove keys to the reference although it 
might not be a default module...
anyone can elaborate a bit?
