child app2d cell not getting fully removed when using the application's native File > Exit command #184

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.insert an application
2.Make it a child of another in-world cell
3.take control of the application and exit with File > Exit
4.Wait for application pop-up window to appear
5. take a snapshot.
6. restore snapshot

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected out put is to not have that application be persisted as part of the 
snapshot.  But for some reason, Darkstar seems to think it is still there.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
