New Avatar Screen Crashes Client

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening up a server
2. Edit->Change Avatar
3. "New"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A dialog box that lets you customize your avatar's appearance; the box appears, 
with all options greyed out and, after a few seconds, everything crashes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.5-preview4 (rev.4418) Windows 7 64-Bit

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm running the client and server on the same machine.

I just tried it, and it opens.  The options are available, but only for a split 
second before crashing again.  Is this my machine's problem or a problem with 
the code?

Sorry; let me be more specific: I open the client (on the same machine I start 
the server on) and it connects correctly.  I open the Edit menu, and "Choose 
Avatar" and it loads properly.  I click on the "New..." button, and then I 
experience the crash.  And, to be precise, I'm using Version 0.5-dev (rev. 
4679).

I cannot reproduce this using Windows 7 64-bit rev. 4725

Have you tried upgrading your graphics drivers? that might fix it.
Another test you could do is to log in to one of the community servers and try 
to reproduce it there. Could you let us know if you try that?
