Tools menu clean-up

Make changes to "Tools" menu:

- Change "Avatar Collision Response Enabled" to "Collision Enabled"
- Change "Avatar Gravity Enabled" to "Gravity Enabled"
- Reorder menu and add dots where necessary:
  - Mute
  - Audio
  - Collision Enabled
  - Gravity Enabled
  - Content Browser... [need to add ...]
  - Object Editor... [need to add ...]
  - Optional modules (Timer Settings, Share Screen, etc.)

I got around to change the order as expected, but the only problem is that we 
do not have full control over it; if a user creates a module and decides to add 
it to the tools menu, they are allowed to place it wherever they like.

Sent patches to Jon and also attaching them here.
