Voice bridge warm start doesn't reconnect audio recorders

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add an audio recorder to the world
2. Perform a warm restart of all components
3. Attempt to use the audio recorder

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The audio recorder does not play back. It fails because the bridge connection 
is not properly reinitialized.  See:

I don't know how to build the voicebridge in such a way that it gets 
incorporated into the wonderland server (I left that up to Christian). Could 
you point me to some instructions so I can test this?
