When a user wants to take control of an app, he/she would certainly want to get 
a "Best View" before starting operations.

Would it be enough to have a shortcut in the frame of the app to go into best 
view?

I wouldn't think that 100% of the times you want to go into best view... for 
instance giving a presentation and facing people or wanting to focus on a big 
object first and then going into best view.
