Add information to Manage Servers page

It would be handy to be able to see at a glance from "Manage Servers" tab:

* Connected Users
* Currently loaded snapshot
* Server States (exist already)

Additional Requirement:  Add "Restore" action to bottom of services table. 
Action will stop all services, restore the current snapshot, and start all 
services.

Attached diffs add a table showing the current snapshot/world and restore 
control, including modification to SnapshotResource.java found in 
modules/tools/snapshot-manager project.
