Reorganize information in "Manage Worlds" page #235

On servers where snapshots become excessive, it's often challenging to find and 
control the current snapshot on the page. A dynamic section at the top that 
lists the current snapshot (and controls) would increase usability.

Attached patch adds table to top of page describing the current snapshot/world.
(attached patch also includes update to issue 239)
