Taking a snapshot should make it current #239

When creating a snapshot, allow the user to provide a description for the 
snapshot and automatically make set the new snapshot to be the current snapshot.

Attached diff makes newly created snapshot current, restarts server, removed 
dialog buttons, and automatically redirects user back to manage worlds page.

Still to come: Adding a description field to the dialog and submitting it.
