JSPF injection into welcome page #243

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
Following the pattern for JSPF injection in the Manage Servers servlet,
allowing injection into the welcome page could allow modules such as the
client-test module to include their own custom links on the same page as the
"launch" and "Server Administration" pages.

See attached diffs for web-front and client-test. The web-front diff includes
patches for the status page also as per issue 242.

Here's the text to add to the web page, replacing the "For more information"
and bullets:

"To see if your computer can run the Open Wonderland software, click on the
"Test Client" button. The wizard that opens walks you through a series of steps
that check your network connection, your computer's graphics capability, and
your audio setup. If all the tests pass, it's likely that your computer will
run Wonderland well."
