Automatic Avatar for new user #244

Automatic Avatar for new user.
At the moment, when a new user logs in, a cartoon avatar appears. The user then
can change
his cartoon avatar with "new".
Then the graphical possibilies and configuration of the device are tested, I
think, and when ok an avatar can be created.
An adult told he does not want to create a new avatar, called it childish.
Proposal: Ignore the underlying hardware, start with a real Avatar, do not test
for opengl support or whatever support, less is more.
In the installation manual, the update of drivers can be made clear.

I would do the checking and make the default avatar an IMI only if the checks
are clear. I can see an avalanche of questions in the forum otherwise as it is
not always possible to get them working by updating drivers (old hardware and
so on).

I agree with Jos. We have several users who can only get the toy avatar, not
even the cartoon one.
