BestView module depends on image-viewer module for build

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. clean and build Wonderland from source with wonderland-modules as sibling in 
directory
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After Wonderland proper builds, the ant targets will begin building 
wonderland-modules/stable. The best view project will try to build without 
having the image-viewer built prior. The build process will fail.

To correct, the solution will likely be to add the image-viewer build process 
to come before the best view build process in the ant target.
