"Go To" user feature in user list should teleport avatar to to socially acceptable place #256

When a client clicks the "go to user" button via the user list, they get 
teleported to the selected user's exact location, landing right in the middle 
of them. 

A better algorithm would be to teleport the client to a few feet in front of 
the selected user, facing the user.

proposed fix included in UserList module, version 1962.

Better fix included in UserList version 1963. Uses CellPlacementUtils.
