include my.build.properties.example in trunk

Inclusion of a my.build.properties.example file will remind developers that in 
order for a local ant deploy to behave as expected, they need to have their 
admin username and password (for the webserver) included in this file.

Proposal:
* Include a file in wonderland-trunk named: my.build.properties.example
* Include a commented section at top detailing what my.build.properties is, 
when it is used, and what it is used for
* Include a reminder at the bottom of the commented section that for security 
purposes, remember to only give read/write access to the appropriate users
* include example entries for wonderland.web.username and 
wonderland.web.password
