Multiple OWL Servers share same client cache #270

We have noticed that when connecting to multiple OWL servers from the same 
client (not at the same time), that it shares the same cache on the client.

This can sometimes lead to confusion when switching to another OWL server.

This leads to having to clear the clients cache folder to connect properly.  
This is particularly noticeable when moving between servers that do and do not 
support guest logins.

It would be helpful if the clients used separate cache areas to avoid this 
issue, or offered to clear cached items if they were from another OWL server at 
login.
