Skybox changes do not survive snapshots #278

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the World Root Environment capability to update the skybox
2. Take a snapshot

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see the new skybox when I restore the snapshot. Instead, the 
default skybox re-appears.

We think this was due do some other problem. Retested and it seems to work now.
