World fails to load completely - graphics only show on top half of window #288

This problem happens seemingly randomly. The client gets stuck part-way through 
loading and the visual effect is that the bottom half of the window is empty.

Would be helpful to have the avatar load last and above the ground.

Could be related to performance improvements or a timing issue.

We need to capture error logs when this happens.

Hello it happens to me whe I use Java 7 in the client. But sometimes randomly 
then it stop happening, and only happens when a server is just started
