World fails to load completely when user avatar is Evolver but no Evolver module is on server #291

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log on to a server and change to an Evolver avatar
2. Exit
3. Log on to another server that does not have the Evolver module installed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

This is one way to reproduce the problem described in Issue 288. The world 
fills only the top half of the screen. No avatar shows up. If you select "Edit" 
--> "Configure Avatar" you can change to a cartoon or IMI avatar and the world 
will finish loading.

What should happen is that if the system encounters a user avatar that cannot 
be loaded, it should fall back on a cartoon avatar.
