Larger sizes of sticky note accessible from insert -> object menu

Create three new sticky note cell factories to create 3 new sizes.

Proposed sizes:

small (current size) - for recording thoughts

medium - for recording code/script snippets, or discussing ideas not as large 
as a document, but not as small as current

large - for recording code or ideas comparable to a full document.
