Hello,

Dockerhub 20.11.2020 has announced anonymous pulling rate limit. https://www.docker.com/increase-rate-limits

For building our images we are using docker hub images. We would like to have a possibility to add Docker Hub credentials into ECR pipeline step to not see this error anymore.
