This was loading compiler.md from project.md and jshint was not available. Possible issue was not factoring in the colons of the file name. May need a rethink

COMMAND REQUESTED: jshint BUT NOT DEFINED. REQUIRED IN: compiler.m FILE: for save

Couldn't replicate; folding it into enhancing debugging.
