Style settings are not saved. #132

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open CFG
2.change styles and save
3.re-open CFG and settings are reverted to default

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected to see with theme style i set.

What version of the product are you using?
CFG 70r65 

Please provide any additional information below.
and menu is little off

What setting are you having problems with?
Most style setting are part of the theme you are using and would need to be 
changed their.
