-Removed old .mra files for jts16 in mra dir and mister/jt16/releases dir.

-Added proposed beta .mra files in mra and `mra/_alternatives' for jtcps2 and jts16.

-Added CPS2 dir in mra dir with corresponding .mra files.

-Added cps2 dir in mister dir with release dir and corresponding .mra files.

It appears to not show some of these changes in my commit on the fork, I'm not sure why. Please review.

Indeed some of the items didn't make it. I think you didn't add them to git, maybe you just copied them to the folder?

I see the alternatives for CPS2, but not the CPS2 folder in mra or the files in mister/cps2/releases -except for 1941
