User-defined keys #245

User-defined keys do not work in beta cores. for example, fire butons are still ctrl + alt + space

You can redefine the joystick but not the keys. The keys are actually hardwired to the MAME settings because that's the standard many modern cabinets expect. That's the same in old my cores: beta and non beta. I have never tried removing the hardwire limitation.
