Add rotation tag to vertical MRAs #298

I don't see a clear criterium about why some are cw and some are ccw. In MAME some are specified as 90º and others as 270º but it doesn't match the cw and ccw tags in this PR. Are you sure about it?

I have now corrected the rotation according to MAME
