Default difficulty level is normal according to manual.

Sorry I cannot take PR's on MRA files because these are generated automatically and are not hand written. The base file to generate JTCPS1 MRA files is here.

The MRA for Forgotten Worlds cannot be generated at the moment due to this issue.
