Outrun/Turbo Outrun - core menu screen missing (dips/video settings etc)

In the current version of Outrun and Outrun Turbo, when you press the MiSTer menu button it only displays the ‘System’ menu screen (which has controller input, shadow mask settings etc). The ‘core’ menu screen (which has dip settings, video settings etc) cannot be selected. Thanks
