Did you manage to fix the glitchy audio issue when overtaking in Out Run Jotego? When you overtake a car on your right, there should be a passing sound from the right speaker. When you overtake a car on the left, there should be a passing sound from the left speaker. However, this sound sometimes happens before you actually overtake and also cuts in/out and does not come from the correct speaker? Basically the timing is off and so is the stereo separation.

The problem persists even if PCM files are duplicated to cover for the upper half of the address space
Turbo Out Run seems fine
Instrument samples sound fine

Moving the PCM scratch address to $87 instead of $83 fixes the car noise problem 55a5d2d4
The output sample strobe was wrong too, running at half the speed -unconsequential-
Increased the PCM volume to match Super Hang On
