cps1: fix rotary stick in Forgotten Worlds #714

The character should be controllable with the rotary stick in the same mouse settings used for Heavy Barrel and Midnight Resistance.

I don't know how this was reported. It actually works. I created a webpage with the supported games and how to set them up.
