Doxygen 1.9.2 was released. As a developer I want to officially support the new Doxygen release.

If you find any compatibility issues, pls report them here.

Known issues:

The dark mode toggle is broken (https://github.com/jothepro/doxygen-awesome-css/issues/43#issuecomment-920221174)
In sidebar mode, the separator line between sidebar and content is not going all the way through to the top:

The currently known issues with 1.9.2 have been resolved. Pls reopen this issue if you encounter problems that may be related to doxygen 1.9.2!
