Feature request: Option to expand all sidebar items #75

Would be great to have a configuration option to have the every sidebar menu item fully expanded on page load without clicking them.

It may be possible to provide a Javascript-Patch with this custom theme to do that, but in any case I think it would be a good idea to propose this feature directly in doxygen/doxygen!
