Having release versions for Homebrew integration. #82

I would like to create a Formula on Homebrew for the osmium library. My last pull request was rejected because I was not using tagged version. Do you think it is possible to have at least one 1.0 version of osmium ?

There will be no released/tagged version of this Osmium library. All new development takes place in the (currently alpha) new Osmium at https://github.com/osmcode/libosmium, eventually there will be tagged versions there.
