What's the point of revoking sessions? #153

I just had syncing stop on my laptop and jotta-cli said "Session revoked, you need to logout and login again". I did not revoke any sessions so it happened from Jottacloud's side.

I'm just wondering what the point is? Now I have to setup syncing all over again and hope it picks up the latest state of my sync folder before the revocation. (For now, it has been at "Files: calculating..." for a good while.)

Hi aerique,

We had some issues with the login server and some people lost sessions. We'll look into mitigating this on the client side in the future. I'm sorry you lost your session :/

Well good to know it is a rare issue and not something I can expect regularly :-)
