A way to 'include' paths again in the ignore syntax, a.k.a. a 'NOT' operator #179

It would be very useful to be able to specify that you would like to ignore, such as ignoring everything in a certain subdirectory except some paths. For example, so that you could exclude projects/* but specifically still back-up or archive projects/FavoriteProject.
