[feature suggestion] spoofing accept-language #2

it would handy to optional spoof accept-language along with the time zone

It would be nice to have this, however, I don't see any optimal code to change this HTTP header. The only way that I am aware of is to use an observer on all web requests and modify this header synchronously which is a resource drain for a simple job. I'll keep this open for suggestions.

More fingerprint spoofs would be nice in general, since addons like Random Agent Spoofer (which did a lot more than agent spoofing) are not compatible with web-ext. A screen resolution spoofer would be great, since it's one of the most dangerous aspects together with plugins, language, etc....
