Figure the scematic for the led matrix. Use shift registers and resistors. Make it fit ontop of the tiny ml

we need 2 shift registers to control 8 collumn pins and 3x8 row pins for rgb control

started on prototyping. problems with assigning of shift registers. making this into a pcb is gonna be hard
