[feature] save files path #127

Since Phoenix and EFS saves are mutually incompatible, it would make sense for Phoenix to store its own not in the same place. Explicitly customizable, or simply remember path of the last saved/loaded file.

Something like that seems reasonable, I'll add it to list of things to do.
