Double resolution doesn't work #86

Won't start with -d option

This may be due to fix of #30

Yep, and a tiny bit of tuning related to fix of #14

And Diplomacy window crashes ...

... unit info window upper left corner needs adjusting

... galaxy map needs tuning as well
